Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all Erth Wellness tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
